Ep 19. The Two Finger Rule

Alan starts to get tired of Charlie's constant womanizing and decides to ask him to adhere to a two-finger rule when out in public. However, Charlie isn't too keen on the idea and decides to test Alan's theory. Meanwhile, Jake becomes upset with Charlie after he convinces him to sneak off to Vegas with him and doesn't follow through with his promise. Berta also learns some surprising news about her daughter while helping Charlie prepare for a date. As the tensions rise and the drama unfolds, viewers are left to wonder if the two brothers will ever be able to see eye-to-eye or if their differences will ultimately tear them apart.
