Dr. Michael Swango, is a doctor who practices health services in the town. The doctor is believed to be causing deaths to patients that most people start fearing in the town. Tipped by a nurse who has some idea concerning the physician, the authorities start a search and they start discovering a dark past of the doctor. It is discovered that he has been committing similar crimes in every hospital that he has been involved. In order to arrest him, the authorities has to find him first. There are undercover policemen in the entire town searching him so that he can face justice. It becomes more intriguing as it becomes hard to find him. It is evident that everybody who had contact with him has a different story to tell about the doctor. People have different views about the doctor. He was not understood how he operated in his profession.
