Ep 2. Full Throttle

In the second episode of season four of Wicked Tuna: Outer Banks, titled Full Throttle, the captains and crews are back out on the waters of the Outer Banks of North Carolina, ready to continue their hunt for bluefin tuna. As always, tensions are high as competing boats try to outdo each other and come back to port with the largest catch.

This episode follows the crews of the Doghouse, Reels of Fortune, Pinwheel, Wahoo and Foolish Pleasures, all of whom are determined to bring home a big catch and secure their place at the top of the leaderboard. Captain Greg Mayer of the Fishin' Frenzy is noticeably absent, leaving the rest of the captains to fight harder for their spot in the rankings.

Back on the Doghouse, Captain Britton and Blake manage to bring in a huge tuna, but their excitement is short-lived as they discover that their catch is not eligible for the competition due to its size. Nevertheless, they remain determined to catch more and climb the leaderboard.

The Pinwheel crew, led by Captain Tyler McLaughlin, gets their chance to shine when they hook a massive tuna. Despite initially fearing that the fish would break their line, they manage to reel it in and end up with a catch that could put them in a strong position in the competition.

As the day wears on, the crews continue to battle it out on the water, with the stakes getting higher as the competition heats up. The most successful teams are those that manage to work together seamlessly and stay focused, even as the pressure mounts.
