Ep 3. Winter Wipeout: Ice, Ice Baby

Welcome to the third episode of the fifth season of Wipeout titled "Winter Wipeout: Ice, Ice Baby." The show brings yet another exciting and hilarious adventure for the contestants as they battle it out against each other and the challenging obstacle courses.

In this episode, contestants must brave the winter chill and face icy obstacles to win the grand prize. Hosts John Anderson and John Henson are back to guide the audience through the thrilling and chilling event.

The show begins with the contestants making their way through a maze of ice blocks to reach the starting line. They are then tasked with completing the "Swept Away" obstacle course, which tests their balance and agility. The contestants must cross a bridge made of inflated balls that manipulate the contestants' equilibrium with every movement.

In "Snowflake's Revenge" obstacle, contestants must cross a slippery slope while dodging giant snowflakes falling around them. They must grab the hanging snowflakes to steady themselves and advance to the next stage. The next obstacle, "Thin Ice," requires contestants to move across a platform that seems to be breaking apart, and they must avoid falling into a freezing pool below.

The contestants then reach the "Icy Table" obstacle, where they must crawl on all fours and slide on ice to make their way across an elevated table. To add to the challenge, there are snowballs being thrown at them from all directions.

Next up is the "Penguin Party," where contestants have to jump across a series of elevate trampolines while avoiding a group of penguins blocking their way. The penguins attack by throwing snowballs at the contestants, making it difficult to stay balanced and on track.

The final obstacle is the infamous "Wipeout Zone," where contestants must attempt to complete a challenging course with obstacles that are ever more challenging. They must climb an icy hill, swing on a rope over a freezing pool, jump between multiple platforms, and face-off against the "Big Balls."

Contestants who complete the course with the fastest time win the grand prize, while others must face the daunting "Wipeout Zone" again until they finish within the allotted time.

In addition to the exciting obstacles, viewers get to watch the silly and entertaining antics of the contestants, such as face planting into the snow or getting hit with a barrage of snowballs.
