Old Juniper examines the foal and is hesitant to try any treatment, fearing that it may cause further harm. However, Yakari is insistent on helping the foal, and the trio eventually devises a plan to create a sling that will support the foal's weight while allowing it to walk.

With their new contraption, Yakari and Rainbow successfully transport the foal back to its mother, and the episode ends with the foal happily reunited with its herd.
