Ep 12. Episode 12

The episode begins with the three half demon princesses, Towa, Setsuna, and Moroha, resting at Kaede's village after their latest battle. Towa wakes up and realizes that they need to find the Dream Butterfly, which is the only way to travel to the Butterfly Mansion where Rin, Towa's lost mother, is being held.

The three set out on their journey, but are ambushed by a group of demon slayers who are after Moroha's bounty. The princesses manage to defeat the demon slayers, but are forced to flee when a new enemy, Kirinmaru, appears on the scene. Kirinmaru is a powerful demon who commands an army of demons and is known to have fought against Inuyasha and Sesshomaru in the past.

The girls manage to escape, but Towa is separated from the group and finds herself in a mysterious forest. There she meets Kikyo, a priestess who has been brought back to life in order to help the girls find the Dream Butterfly. Kikyo explains to Towa that the only way to find the Dream Butterfly is to follow a path known as the "Rainbow Pearls." Each pearl is guarded by a powerful demon, and the girls must defeat these demons in order to obtain the pearls.

Meanwhile, Setsuna and Moroha are also on the hunt for the Rainbow Pearls. Setsuna is troubled by her lack of memories and is desperate to find a way to regain them. Moroha tries to cheer her up, but Setsuna remains distant and cold.

The girls manage to find the first pearl, but are confronted by a powerful demon named Riku. Towa arrives just in time to help, and together they manage to defeat Riku and secure the first pearl.

As they continue on their journey, the girls begin to bond and learn more about each other. Towa is troubled by her feelings for Setsuna, while Moroha admits that she has feelings for Towa. Setsuna remains stoic and distant, but begins to show hints of emotion as she watches the other two girls interact.

The group manages to find the second pearl, but are confronted by a powerful demon named Kyuki. Towa is injured during the battle, and the group is forced to take a break to rest and recover. Setsuna begins to open up to Towa, admitting that she is scared of losing her memories and becoming a mindless demon. Towa reassures her that they will find a way to help her regain her memories and Setsuna finally begins to show genuine emotion.

The episode ends with the girls setting out to find the final Rainbow Pearl, determined to save Rin and defeat Kirinmaru once and for all.
