Younger Season 1 Episode 6 Shedonism

Liza is starting to feel the pressure of balancing her new life in the publishing world while keeping her age a secret. She spends some time with her new co-worker Kelsey, who introduces her to the world of "shedonism" - the act of celebrating giving up something you love to gain something else. Liza is hesitant to participate at first, but ultimately decides to give up her beloved watercolor painting to make more time for work.

Meanwhile, Josh is feeling left out of Liza's new life and decides to confront her about it. Their conversation takes an unexpected turn and their relationship is put to the test. Back in the office, Kelsey is dealing with her own issues when her ex-boyfriend shows up with a manuscript he's written - but there's a catch. And Diana is trying to impress a hot new author, but things quickly go awry.

As Liza navigates through the challenges of her double life, she starts to realize that shedding one part of herself doesn't necessarily mean she has to give up everything she loves. Shedonism may work for some, but Liza learns that it's important to find balance and hold onto the things that make you who you are.
