Pretty Little Liars News
The series' creator and cast had all but admitted that PLL would end with this season. Now, they've admitted it: the show won't be back for an eighth season.
No one is totally sure whether PLL has another season left in its run or not, but at least some of its cast members are thinking about what could happen next for their characters.
This season could be the last for PLL, especially if the series' ratings don't turn around soon.
Shay Mitchell is still very much a part of PLL, but next year, she'll strike out on her own to star in a new horror film.
Alison's brother will be back in Rosewood in the upcoming season of PLL, although we don't yet know why or for how long.
It's unclear if PLL will return for an eighth season, but it's a certainty that the series' seventh season will begin right on time next month. Beyond that, the show's future lies in the hands of the fans.
The big reveal of A's identity did not go over well with fans.
We heard about this one through a text from A: "Pretty Little Liars" has been renewed for two more seasons! The hit ABC Family drama will be back for season six and season seven, keeping the show on the air until well into 2016. While the episode counts are still a mystery, these appear to be full season orders (meaning between 22 and 25 episodes), set to premiere in summer of 2015 and 2016.
The women of "Pretty Little Liars" will be on TV in just a couple of weeks when the show's summer season begins, but in the meantime they've been having the kind of fun that doesn't have anything to do with the mystery of A's identity.
"Pretty Little Liars" is all about secrets, but if we're to believe what a new promo is suggesting, all the show's secrets are about to be revealed. The identity of the person who shot Ezra, the identity of A, everything--it's all going to be laid on the table with the premiere of season 5. Don't believe it for a minute, but watch anyway.
Now that no one's going to be paying attention to what happens in Ravenswood, Caleb has decided he might as well move back to Rosewood. That means "Pretty Little Liars" fans who had been mourning his departure can be happy once again.
So Alison isn't dead after all. But someone is buried in the grave that Alison is supposed to be buried in. Who could it be? Hanna thinks she knows, and she thinks the person's identity holds the key to the who-killed-Alison mystery.
