Ep 9. Colors Royale / Cleanfingers

Special Agent Oso is a children's animated TV show that follows the adventures of a stuffed bear named Oso who works for U.N.I.Q.U.E. (United Network for Investigating Quite Unusual Events), a secret worldwide organization that helps children with everyday tasks. In "Cleanfingers," Oso is called in to help a little girl named Penny learn how to keep her hands clean. Penny is always touching things and has a hard time washing her hands, which is causing her to get sick often. Oso reports to the field and meets his training partner, a robot crab named Crabby.

Crabby gives Oso three special tasks to teach Penny about the importance of hand washing. In the first task, Oso must teach Penny the proper way to wash her hands. Oso explains that she needs to use soap and warm water and scrub her hands for at least 20 seconds.

In the second task, Penny and Oso must find different hidden "germs" around the house. Oso shows Penny how easy it is for germs to spread from one thing to another when hands aren't washed properly. Finally, for the third task, Oso teaches Penny how to use hand sanitizer to kill germs when washing her hands is not possible.

After completing the three tasks, Penny has learned how to keep her hands clean and healthy. She is now excited to wash her hands regularly and is proud of herself for learning a new skill.
