Ep 15. Boys and Girls

When Michael is out of the office for the day, Jan calls Pam in the break room to let her know that they will be hosting a "Women in the Workplace" seminar and everyone has to attend. Pam is excited to attend, but when Michael finds out about the seminar, he decides to hold a "Men in the Workplace" seminar with just the guys from the office.

As the two seminars are happening simultaneously, we see the women in their seminar talking about their experiences in the workplace, what challenges they've faced, and how they can overcome them. Meanwhile, the men in their seminar are goofing off and not taking the seminar seriously at all.

Throughout the episode, we see the stark contrast between the two seminars and the different attitudes towards gender in the workplace. The women are trying to empower each other and find ways to support one another, while the men seem to be more concerned with playing pranks on each other and generally not paying attention.

The standout moment from this episode comes towards the end when the men are taught a lesson by the women. It's a powerful scene that shows how easy it is to fall into gender stereotypes and how important it is to recognize and address them.
