With just one job opening for the coveted position of Regional Manager up for grabs, Michael sets out to assess his subordinates' leadership qualities with an outdoors-themed competition to prove who's the most deserving.

Located at nearby Lake Scranton, the event is aptly named "Beach Games", and it's a day-long contest to test the employees' mental and physical mettle.
