Gaily, Gaily is a comedy movie. It is about a teenager who wants to escape his impure thoughts. Ben Harvey leaves home to live in Chicago in 1910. He is naive and ends up in a bordello that he believes to be a boarding house. He works for a newspaper and begins to learn his trade. Eventually he discovers corruption in government and gets trapped between warring factions. People at the bordello try to help him out of his difficult situation.

This movie is a coming of age story for an innocent young man. This young man will have to learn the lessons of life before he is too overwhelmed.
