Ep 7. Boom

Emily Byrne is a former FBI agent who was declared dead after vanishing without a trace six years prior. When she returns, she finds that her life has been completely turned upside down. In the second season of Absentia, Emily is still grappling with the aftermath of her absence as well as the implications of a new serial killer who seems to be targeting women with whom Emily has crossed paths.

In episode 7, titled "Boom," the tension continues to mount as Emily and Special Agent Cal Isaac try to piece together the clues left by the killer, who has now set his sights on Emily's friend and former colleague, Agent Nick Durand.
