Ep 7. Silver Blonde, Yellow Topaz

Rito and Lilith's rivalry continues in this episode of Absolute Duo. The two spar in an arena that's specifically designed for their powers to be tested to the max. Rito has been training hard and using his new-found ability to learn from his opponents' movements; however, Lilith still manages to outmatch him. That is until Rito's weapon, the Blaze Calamity, transforms for the first time, revealing a new level of power.

Meanwhile, Julie goes on a date with Sakuya, but things don't go as planned. Sakuya becomes a target of some bullies, who seem to be picking a fight. Julie steps in to defend Sakuya, and things quickly escalate into a fight, forcing the bullies to retreat. Later on, Sakuya thanks Julie for standing up for her, and the two begin to establish a deeper relationship.

Back in the arena, Tomoe tries to convince Tooru to skip class and hang out with her instead, but he refuses. Tomoe then decides to use her power to create a different version of the arena that's more to her liking. Tooru is initially hesitant to go along with Tomoe's version, but after she discovers his weakness for cute things and incorporates them into her version, he agrees to keep playing.

As the day draws to a close, it seems like everyone is making progress in their own ways. Rito has discovered new powers, Julie has found a new relationship, and even Tomoe and Tooru have found some common ground. But with their enemies continuing to close in, can they afford to take a moment to relax, or is there always danger lurking around the corner? Find out in the latest episode of Absolute Duo.
