Kagami is a young man who has had very little desire in life other than being able to indulge himself in anime programs on a 24-hour basis. His passion for the anime has led him to become obsessed with the genre, neglecting other more important aspects of daily life. Kagami's sister has grown increasingly tired of watching her brother do nothing other than watch television, and as a result she has pushed him to get a job as a substitute teacher in a high school. Kagami reluctantly agrees but then relishes the idea of being able to apply lessons from his television shows to real life situations.
