Ep 6. Trials & Tribulations

In Alaska: The Last Frontier season 8 episode 6, entitled Trials & Tribulations, the Kilchers are still battling their way through the tough Alaskan wilderness, dealing with a number of obstacles and challenges along the way. The episode starts with Eivin and Eve as they return home from a crabbing trip, where they find that one of their ewes has given birth to a lamb. However, the lamb is not breathing, so they must work quickly to save its life.

Later on, Atz Lee and Jane venture out to a remote spot in the woods to gather some lumber for a new project. However, they get lost in the dense forest, and end up having to spend the night out in the cold wilderness. They must try to make the best of things and keep themselves warm overnight, with no shelter or fire to keep them comfortable.

Meanwhile, Otto and Charlotte devise a plan to gather resources for their homestead by canoeing down the river to gather wood, but things don't go according to plan, and they end up facing some dangerous situations along the way. As they struggle to make their way back to the homestead, they realize that their journey may have been more difficult than they anticipated.
