Among the fugitives featured in this episode are an Indian immigrant living in Montreal who is accused of murdering his wife; a man in Tampa who offered a teacher $20 to have sex with her preschool students; a man in Orange County, Cal. who is wanted for a 2003 date-rape charge; and a Bronx man who ran his vehicle into a woman (who had jilted him) and her 22 month old son, who died from his injuries. Also, a report on the capture of an Oregon transgender murder suspect David Wayne French.
