The episode titled "Window World Bike" is the second episode of the seventh season of the popular reality TV show American Chopper. The reality show began airing in 2003 and follows the Teutul family as they run their custom motorcycle business. In this particular episode, the team at Orange County Choppers (OCC) is tasked with creating a motorcycle for Window World, a window and door replacement company. The bike is supposed to promote the Window World brand and be showcased at events and shows across the country.

As the episode begins, the OCC team is gathered around the drawing board, discussing the design of the bike. Paul Teutul Sr., the owner of OCC, is leading the meeting, and he stresses that the bike should be "over-the-top." He wants the design to encourage Window World's customers to spend more money on their products. Paul Jr., Paul Sr.'s son and partner in the business, suggests incorporating various elements of a window into the bike's design. He sketches out some concepts on a whiteboard, and the team decides to move forward with the idea.

The team begins building the bike, and we see them working on various aspects of the bike's design, including its frame, wheels, exhaust, and paint. Mikey Teutul, the younger of the Teutul brothers, is tasked with painting the bike, and he jokes that he feels like he's painting "a million windows." The team also hires a metal fabricator to build a custom airbrushed window for the bike. The fabrication process is shown in great detail, and we see the artist carefully spraying on shades of blue and gold onto the window.

Throughout the episode, there are multiple scenes showing the team working together, but the focus is on Paul Sr. and Paul Jr.'s relationship. The two have a complicated relationship, and the show often highlights their disagreements. In this episode, we see Paul Sr. criticizing Paul Jr.'s work multiple times. At one point, he rejects a design for the exhaust, saying that it's "not bold enough." However, later in the episode, Paul Sr. acknowledges Paul Jr's work and seems impressed by the bike's progress.

The climax of the episode happens when the team finally reveals the completed bike to Window World's representatives. The unveiling takes place in a large garage, where the bike is unveiled with a flourish, complete with smoke machines and dramatic lighting. The representatives from Window World are seen smiling widely and examining the bike up close. They express their satisfaction with the finished product, and the entire OCC team is relieved and proud.

As the episode comes to a close, we see the bike being loaded onto a trailer and headed out to its first event. The team is excited to see how people react to the bike and are eager to continue working on future projects. Overall, the "Window World Bike" episode is an interesting insight into the inner workings of the custom motorcycle design business. It shows the creativity and passion that goes into each project and the pressure that comes with delivering a high-quality product.
