Katie is in a rush to get her daughter, Anna-Kat, to school one morning when she realizes she has forgotten to sign a permission slip. After dropping Anna-Kat off, Katie races back home to sign the slip, only to find that her husband, Greg, has accidentally taken the form to work with him.
