When the mouselings are directed to give a report to their class about their hero, Alice expresses her fascination with Anna Mousikova, the famous Russian gymnast. Alice adopts Anna Mousikova's culture and rigorous practice schedule to emulate her famous hero. Through her endeavor of becoming more like Anna Mousikova, Alice loses a lot of herself and ends up not having too much fun. At the end, she realizes that she can appreciate Anna Mousikova without sacrificing herself.
