In this episode of Antiques Road Trip, the antiques experts are off on another adventure to unravel the fascinating stories behind the antique treasures of the past. The journey begins with the expert duo Natasha and Charles driving through the stunning countryside of East Anglia in search of undiscovered antique gems.

Their mission is to visit various antique shops and auctions in search of valuable antiques and collectibles that can be sold at auction and hopefully turn a profit. They will have to use all their expertise and knowledge to source the most desirable items and gain an advantage over their opponent.

Antiques Road Trip follows a simple format where two antiques experts are given a budget of £200 each and travel across the UK in vintage vehicles to try and find valuable antiques which they sell at auction. The expert with the highest profit at the end of the trip is declared the winner.

In this episode, the expert duo is visiting a variety of locations, including Saffron Walden, Colchester, and West Mersea in Essex. Their first stop is an auction house in Saffron Walden which has a great collection of antique furniture, silverware, and ceramics. Natasha and Charles are immediately drawn to a beautiful silver tea set dating back to the early 18th century. The set is in excellent condition and has a unique design that could potentially bring them a significant profit. But will they be able to acquire it for the right price?

The next stop is an antique shop in Colchester, known for its unique collection of antique glassware and ceramics. Here, the experts come across a whimsical 19th-century ceramic figural jug in the shape of a pig. Its quirky design and excellent condition make it a highly desirable item for collectors, but will it help them win the competition?

The trip ends with a visit to an antique shop in West Mersea, where the antiques experts come across a rare and unusual 19th-century convivial glass. The glass is extremely intricate and features an exceptional design that would make it a great addition to any collection. However, the asking price is a lot higher than expected, and the experts will have to use all their negotiating skills to acquire it for the right price.

Throughout the trip, both Natasha and Charles are constantly on the lookout for unique and valuable antiques that could give them an edge over their opponent. Their knowledge and expertise are put to the test as they navigate the complex world of antiques, hunting for the best deals and the most desirable items.

As the day comes to an end, the experts return to the auction house in Saffron Walden, where they hope to sell their antiques at a profit. With just a few hours left until the auction, they anxiously wait to find out if their hard work and dedication will pay off.
