One of their crew members was severely injured while handling equipment, and now they're dealing with the emotional fallout and concerns from both their crew and OSHA. Despite the difficulties, they're still working hard to meet their quota and close out the season on a positive note.

Finally, the episode also showcases the work of a new team, Buccaloo Timber, who are hoping to make a big impression in their first season. The crew, led by experienced logger Buck, is facing challenges with a malfunctioning piece of equipment, but they're determined to make their quota and prove themselves in the industry.
