In Bad Ink season 2 episode 7, titled "Oops, I Tatted Again," the team at Painted Gypsy Tattoo in Las Vegas has their hands full as they try to fix a tattoo that went wrong. The client, Zach, had a portrait of his girlfriend tattooed on his arm by a friend who had no experience with tattooing. The result was a poorly executed portrait that barely even resembled Zach's girlfriend.

As the team examines the tattoo, they realize that the design is not only poorly executed but is also asymmetrical, with one side of the portrait completely different from the other. To make matters worse, the tattoo artist used the wrong kind of ink, which has caused the tattoo to become discolored and raised.

As the team tries to figure out how to fix the tattoo, they come up with a plan to cover up the portrait with a new design. The new design will consist of a colorful flower, which will be placed around and over the old tattoo. The team decides to use a watercolor style for the new design, which will not only cover up the old tattoo but also work to distract from the imperfections of the old tattoo.

As the team gets to work, they realize that the old tattoo is going to be a challenging cover-up because of its discoloration and raised texture. They start by using a numbing cream on Zach's arm, which helps to reduce the pain he feels during the tattooing process. Then, they carefully begin to tattoo the new design over the old one, using bright colors to distract from the old tattoo's imperfections.

Despite the challenges, the team manages to complete the tattoo and is pleased with the final result. Zach is overjoyed with the new design, which not only covers up the old tattoo but also brings new life to his arm.

In addition to working on Zach's tattoo, the team also takes on another challenging case in this episode. They meet with a man named Chris, who has a tattoo of a Viking on his bicep that he got while he was in the military. The tattoo, which was done over 20 years ago, is now faded and smudged, making it almost unrecognizable.

The team decides to give the Viking a new lease on life by giving it a complete makeover. They come up with a design that will incorporate the Viking into a larger, more detailed piece, which will include a Viking longship and waves crashing around it.

As they begin to work on the tattoo, the team realizes that the old ink has penetrated deep into Chris's skin, making it difficult to work on. They also discover that the original tattoo artist used a technique called "blow out," which is a style of tattooing where the ink is pushed too deep into the skin, causing it to spread and blur.

Despite these challenges, the team manages to create a stunning new design that completely transforms Chris's old Viking tattoo. He is thrilled with the new tattoo and grateful to the team at Painted Gypsy Tattoo for their hard work and dedication.

In "Oops, I Tatted Again," the team at Painted Gypsy Tattoo proves once again that they are up to any challenge. With their artistic skills and dedication to their craft, they are able to turn even the most poorly executed tattoos into beautiful works of art that their clients can be proud of.
