Ep 12. Don't Cry For Me, Sirocco

After the explosive argument between chief stew Hannah and second stew Anastasia in the previous episode, tensions are still high aboard the Sirocco. Captain Sandy is also feeling the pressure as the charter guests are expecting a Cuban-themed dinner party and she wants everything to go flawlessly.

In the galley, Anastasia is struggling to create the intricate Cuban dishes, and becomes overwhelmed with the pressure. Meanwhile, third stew Aesha tries her best to keep the mood light, even going as far as dressing up in a giant banana costume to cheer up the crew.

As the charter guests arrive, tensions continue to rise as they are not satisfied with the food, causing Captain Sandy to intervene and try to smooth things over. But the night takes a turn for the worse when a mistake causes a guest to get injured. The crew rushes to take care of the guest, but the situation only adds to the already high tensions on board.

The next day, Captain Sandy holds a meeting to discuss the night before and to address any issues that need to be resolved. Hannah and Anastasia come face-to-face and attempt to hash out their differences, but it doesn't go as smoothly as Captain Sandy had hoped.

As the charter comes to a close, the crew must work together to ensure the guests have a memorable trip and leave satisfied. But as they say goodbye to the guests, the real test comes as they have to navigate their own personal conflicts and work together for the remainder of the season.
