Ep 3. Rose-Fueled Regrets

As a luxury sailing yacht, Parsifal III heads off to an alluring destination in Greece. The eventful crew continues to impress the demanding guests, who are often more challenging than any ocean conditions. This particular episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht is called "Rose-Fueled Regrets."

Adam, the chef, discovers that Jenna, the chief stew, is seeing him romantically as just another fling. He informs her of his feelings and they both acknowledge the "friends with benefits" tryst is good just for now. Madison, one of the stews, becomes emotional over her absentee father and shares it with some of the guests during their cruise. The guests are taken aback, and Jenna gives a gentle reminder to the crew to keep their personal issues away from the guests.

Adam prepares the guests a lovely meal of octopus carpaccio and slow-cooked Greek-style lamb, taking Parsifal III's culinary experience to new heights. However, things spiral out of control when Captain Glenn's “no-nonsense” rules are ominously thrust into the limelight. The captain forbids the crew from drinking on the boat, but they break this rule on the down-low, indulging in plenty of booze at a local beach bar.

Georgia, the deckhand, falls for the charming Chris, but her attraction may prove to be problematic in the future. Jenna and Adam receive a wake-up call when they realize their casual fling is no longer working, and the two begin to squabble in front of the charter guests. Jenna explains to Adam that she wants a serious relationship, and he clarifies that he has no plans of settling down and asks for space.

The entire team learns the troubling consequences of the drunk night out, as they wake up feeling tired, emotional, and regretful of their actions. The crew must hustle to prepare for the next set of demanding guests, whose expectations are anything but low. Captain Glenn realizes how little he knows about his team and begins to draw boundaries, reminding them of their contractual obligations to represent Parsifal III and the crew in the best light possible.

As the yacht sails off to conquer yet another beautiful location in Greece, the crew must pull themselves together to provide the guests with luxurious experiences. Will they be able to shake off their Rose-fueled regrets and attend to their responsibilities as professionals? Tune in to find out.
