To Lobster with Love is the fourth episode of the first season of the hit food-based television series, Big Food Bucket List. The episode is all about one of the most decadent seafood delicacies known to man - lobster.

Hosted by renowned food journalist and restaurant critic, John Catucci, the show sees him travelling around the world, exploring the best local food scenes and discovering the delicious dishes that define them. In this episode, John sets out to uncover some of the most mouth-watering, creative, and over-the-top lobster dishes from across North America.

Starting off in Halifax, Nova Scotia, John heads out to the local docks to sample fresh, live Canadian lobster straight out of the ocean. After giving us a brief history lesson about lobster fishing in the region, John takes us to one of his favorite spots for lobster-centric cuisine - The Five Fishermen. Here, he samples their signature lobster roll, a succulent sandwich bursting with fresh lobster, mixed with the ideal amount of mayonnaise, celery, and herbs.

From Halifax, John and his team continue their lobster-themed journey, making their way south to Baltimore, Maryland, to try out one of the city's most popular dishes - the lobster mac and cheese. The dish is a heavenly combination of succulent lobster chunks, creamy macaroni and cheese, and a generous sprinkling of bread crumbs, all served up hot and bubbly.

Continuing their search for the ultimate lobster dish takes them to the beautiful city of Miami, Florida. Here, John visits the famous Joe's Stone Crab, known for its signature dish, stone crab. However, the restaurant also serves up tasty lobster dishes, including their classic lobster roll, served on a locally-made bun and filled with bold, fresh flavors.

In the heart of the American Northeast, John uncovers a hidden gem in tiny Kennebunkport, Maine. There, he visits The Clam Shack, an oceanside spot where he samples their popular lobster roll. Piled high with lobster meat, butter, and a touch of lemon, the roll is housed inside a buttered, toasted hot dog bun, a classic example of American comfort food.

Next, John heads to Seattle, Washington, where he visits a restaurant famous for turning unconventional ingredients into culinary masterpieces. At Salty's on Alki Beach, John tries out the restaurant's famous Pacific Northwest Lobster Cobb Salad, a mix of fresh greens, blue cheese, bacon, tomato, egg, avocado, and, of course, tender lobster meat.

Finally, John heads to one of the most famous lobster spots in Canada, the beautifully scenic Prince Edward Island. Here, he meets up with chef Richard Sagala, who takes John out on a lobster boat to catch his own lobsters. John and Richard proceed to cook up the most heavenly lobster supper, complete with creamy lobster bisque, steamed lobster, and roasted corn for a perfect seaside meal.

In each location, John engages with local chefs and foodies to find out what makes their lobster dishes so special. The places featured on this episode have all perfected their own lobster dish to create a unique and delicious flavor profile.

Overall, the To Lobster with Love episode of Big Food Bucket List is a must-watch for anyone with a craving for seafood or for those curious about the best lobster dishes on offer. It's also sure to inspire viewers to create their own lobster dishes and explore the world of seafood, one delicious bite at a time.
