Here, he meets the pastry chef who shows him how they make their signature cake – a gingerbread house that is not only adorable but is also filled with layers of delicious cake and frosting.
Finally, John heads to Orlando, Florida, where he visits a restaurant that serves up some of the best fried chicken in town. Here, he meets the chef who shows him how they prepare their famous fried chicken – first by brining it in a sweet tea mixture and then dusting it in a special blend of seasonings. He then gets to try their fried chicken sandwich, which is made with a crispy chicken breast and is topped with pickles, coleslaw, and a spicy honey sauce.
