He visits Mi Tierra Cafe y Panaderia, a family-owned restaurant that has been serving traditional Tex-Mex dishes for over 75 years. John tries their delicious pollo a la Mexicana, a flavorful chicken dish that is served with rice, beans, and homemade tortillas.

In Orlando, Florida, John discovers a unique twist on traditional chicken wings. He visits the restaurant Chicken Fire, where he tries their honey Sriracha wings. The wings are coated in a sweet and spicy sauce that brings out the flavors of the tender chicken.

Finally, John ends his journey in Montreal, Canada, where he tries a unique Quebecois dish called poutine. However, this poutine has a twist - it's topped with crispy fried chicken. John visits Ma Poule Mouillee, where he tries their famous chicken poutine and learns about the history of the dish.
