He then travels to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he meets a Native American chef who creates creative fusion tacos that incorporate traditional Native American ingredients and cooking techniques. John learns about the importance of food as a cultural connector and tries some exciting and unconventional flavor combinations.

Finally, John heads to Memphis, Tennessee, where he visits a chef who serves up delicious and innovative barbecue tacos. John learns about the balance of flavors in barbecue meats and the art of smoking meats to perfection. He gets to try a variety of mouth-watering barbecue tacos, each with their own signature twist.

Throughout his taco adventure, John not only discovers delicious new flavors and creative techniques but also gets to meet some of the talented and passionate chefs behind these culinary creations.
