In the finale of Black Butler II season 1, episode 13 "His Butler, Freeloader," the Phantomhive household is still in disarray after the events of the previous episode. Ciel has been taken hostage and the mansion has been infiltrated by Ronald Knox of the Grim Reaper Dispatch.

In the end, all the loose ends are tied up and the Phantomhive household is once again at peace. Ciel and Sebastian's bond is stronger than ever, and we are left eagerly anticipating what adventures the next season will bring.
