They then proceed to the market to gather the ingredients they need to prepare their cannabis-infused seafood meals.

Meanwhile, Abdullah decides to meet a local cannabis grower while Chef Andy perfects his preparation of ingredients at the marketplace. The grower takes Abdullah to his secretive growing facility, and he then explains how he has been growing cannabis for more than twenty years.

Back at the market, Chef Andy is shown grilling red snapper, prawns, and squid on a charcoal grill with an array of spices including lemongrass, turmeric, and thyme. Abdullah returns from the grower with a bag full of fresh cannabis buds to use as an infusion.

The whole fish is then placed lightly in banana leaves, with all of the flavorful spices and some cannabis buds rolled inside. It's grilled over the charcoal grill then served with fish sauce, lemongrass, and more spices for ultimate flavor.

As the food is cooking, Chef Andy and Abdullah have a friendly squabble over the "correct" way to measure potencies for the dishes while taking full advantage of rubbing their creations in each other's faces.

The episode ends as the hosts bring their dishes to the street food festival, where they share their passion for cannabis-infused cuisine with the locals. They have the opportunity to share their unique creations with those willing to taste them and explain the potentially excellent positive effects of this natural part of their cuisine.
