As Richard observes the wild beauty of the ocean, he also learns about the importance of respecting its power and unpredictability.

The final stop on Richard's Icelandic adventure is a visit to a traditional Viking feast. He meets with a group of locals who are dressed in period costumes and preparing a feast using authentic Viking cooking techniques. Richard joins in the festivities, sampling a variety of unusual Viking dishes and learning more about the country's fascinating history and culture.
