Ep 3. What I Meant To Say

Cory and Topanga are back in school, and things aren't going well between them. In the last episode, Cory told Topanga he loved her, but she didn't reciprocate the sentiment. Cory is left confused and hurt by her response, and he's not sure how to act around her anymore. Meanwhile, Eric and Jack are still trying to get along as roommates and Shawn is dealing with some family drama, but at the heart of the episode is Cory and Topanga's situation.

The writing is sharp and the performances are strong, particularly from Ben Savage as Cory and Danielle Fishel as Topanga. The episode strikes a nice balance between humor and drama, and it ultimately leaves the audience feeling satisfied and hopeful.
