After breaking into a mansion to install a security system, the team at Contra Security face an unusual challenge in season 1 episode 4 of Breaking In, "White On White On White".
In the episode, Oz tasks his team with breaking into the home of a wealthy art collector, Mr. Fenton, to install a custom security system. However, when they arrive at the house, they discover that everything is white - the walls, furniture, floors, and even the art. Mr. Fenton has a rare condition called albino blindness, which makes him sensitive to bright colors and requires everything to be white.
As they navigate the unfamiliar environment, the team discovers that Mr. Fenton has a valuable painting in his collection, and Oz sees an opportunity for a quick profit. In an attempt to steal the painting, they recruit Cash to pose as a painter and create a forgery of the piece. However, tensions rise within the team as they struggle to balance their employer's wishes with their own ethical code.
Meanwhile, in a subplot, Cameron tries to impress a woman he's been dating by pretending to be a wealthy philanthropist. He soon finds himself in over his head as he tries to maintain the facade.
The episode features creative and comedic moments as the team navigates the all-white mansion and attempts to execute their plan. The themes of loyalty, honesty, and compromise are also explored as the characters navigate their conflicting priorities.
Overall, "White On White On White" is a standout episode of Breaking In, showcasing both the show's unique premise and its excellent cast.
