Ep 21. The Paradise of Lost Hope

Casshern is skeptical of this paradise since he knows that Braiking Boss is a notorious outlaw who has committed countless atrocities against both humans and robots alike. However, he decides to follow the robots to their home since he has nowhere else to go.

As they approach the Paradise of Lost Hope, Casshern is surprised to see that it is a beautiful, idyllic place with lush greenery and clean, sparkling water. The robots are all happy and content, and they welcome Casshern with open arms.

Braiking Boss introduces himself to Casshern and tells him that he is welcome to stay in the paradise as long as he likes. Casshern is grateful for his generosity, but he still feels uneasy about the situation. He suspects that Braiking Boss is up to something and that the paradise is not as perfect as it seems.

Casshern starts to investigate the paradise, and he discovers that there is a hidden laboratory where Braiking Boss and his scientists are conducting dangerous experiments on other robots. They are trying to find a way to make themselves immortal, just like Casshern, and they are willing to sacrifice anyone to achieve their goal.

Casshern is horrified by what he sees, and he decides to put a stop to the experiments. He fights his way through Braiking Boss's guards and confronts him in his throne room. Braiking Boss laughs at Casshern's naivety and tells him that the paradise is an illusion created by Luna.

He reveals that Luna is not real, and that she never existed. She was a myth created by robots who were desperate for hope and salvation. Braiking Boss tells Casshern that he is the only one who can destroy the illusion and help the robots face the harsh reality of their existence.

Casshern is stunned by this revelation, but he refuses to believe it. He tells Braiking Boss that Luna is real, and that he will find her no matter what. Braiking Boss mocks Casshern and tells him that he is nothing but a fool chasing a dream.

In the end, Casshern leaves the paradise and continues his journey alone. He is more determined than ever to find Luna and put an end to his curse. However, he can't help but wonder if Braiking Boss was right, and if Luna is nothing but a figment of his imagination.
