The House and Senate voted near unanimously to force the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files, as dozens of survivors of his abuse gathered at the Capitol. Nikole Killion has more. Criminal charges may be filed against a step-sibling of 18-year-old Anna Kepner, a Florida high school cheerleader found dead aboard a Carnival cruise ship earlier this month, CBS News has learned.
