Kath and Kim is an American sitcom that details the many issues and everyday problems facing the mother and daughter of the shows title. The show is based on an Australian sitcom of the same name, with the US version featuring Kim returning to her mother's home after her marriage to Phil ends in separation. Phil remains in the lives of both women, who embark on a series of adventures looking for love and success.

Kath and Kim Full Episode Guide

  • Fountain Lakes' foxy ladies who turn more than just heads when they go on an overseas trip and end up being the center of their very own fairytale.

  • Sharon falls in love with Wayne (played by celebrity guest Shane Warne), and Kath and Kim plan Sharon's wedding. Brett is fired from Computa City but gets a job at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.

  • Sharon has sworn off men and has been celibate for three months. Brett has had a one night stand and Kim throws him out. Sharon becomes too lusty watching sportsmen on TV and uses chocolate as a substitute.

  • Kath unravels a secret about her family's heritage. Sharon meets her long-lost half sister from England, Karen (Matt Lucas). Sharon is disappointed when Karen bonds with Kim.

  • Kath and Kel's ensuite receives much traffic after Kim and Brett move in and convert the other bathroom into a nursery, and the downstairs toilet becomes blocked. With the neighbour's house for sale, Kel puts in an offer.

  • Kim has her sights set on a private school for Epponnee. Kath and Kel invest in a grey water recycling system, which nearly rolls away in the car park.

  • Kath becomes a health professional and gives Kel yoga massages. When Kel is injured and off work, his new apprentice Katie revamps the butcher store, which includes bringing in the fresh "grass" she has grown at home in her hydroponic garden.

  • Kim is sparing no expense to ensure Epponnee's first birthday party blows everyone out of the water. Kel wins a retailer's award but lets it go to his head, resulting in a punchup with Eric Bana at celebrity event at Bonbeach station.

  • Brett plans a romantic trip away with Kim in tropical Queensland to try and re-invigorate their marriage. Much to Brett's chagrin, Kath, Kel and Sharon go along. Brett clashes with Kath and she storms off. Sharon is accused of ball tampering, again.

  • Kath and Kel go fat free after seeking advice from their doctor, while Brett and Kim go off at each other over their child's career path. Flash-forward segments also feature Epponnee Rae's wedding in 20 years time.

  • Sharon anxiously fights for godmother status of Epponnee Rae while Kath plans a big party for Kel's 50th birthday which results in Kel having a mini mid-life crisis.

  • Kim and Brett plan to move out of their house and into an off-the-plan apartment. Kath and Kel get talent work which leads to them starring in a 'High and Dry' commercial.

  • Sharon has a date and turns to Kim for a makeover while Kath and Kel attempt to update their home theatre system, which is hindered by Brett who gets Kath obsessed with television.

  • Sharon becomes a fascist as she helps Kim to lose weight while Kel and Kath star in The Hours -The Musical.

  • Brett and Epponnee head to the Gold Coast to visit Brett's mother, leaving Kim behind who is taking time off. Meanwhile, Kath and Kel decide to spend time apart but they both quickly learn they have little to do on their own.

  • Kath and Kim go to the races where they mingle with celebrities, leaving Brett to struggle with babysitting Epponnee. Meanwhile, Kel is flat out working at the butcher so Kath tries to surprise him with her Mango Espadrille outfit.

  • Kath's first husband Gary Poole re-enters her life by claiming they are still married, while Kim and Brett are struggling with baby Epponnee.
