Ep 5. Landslide

Elsewhere in the hospital, Dr. Heather Pinkney (Jillian Murray) is struggling with PTSD after a traumatic experience in Syria. Her flashbacks are severely impacting her work, and she's hesitant to seek help. Dr. Rorish (Marcia Gay Harden) pushes Heather to open up about her PTSD and convinces her to seek counseling.

As the day goes on, the situation becomes increasingly dire. The hospital is running out of space and medical supplies, and the staff is overwhelmed. Dr. Willis, despite his detours, eventually arrives at the hospital with the foragers he rescued. The episode ends with the team working tirelessly through the night to save as many patients as possible.
