Molly can't bring herself to tell him the truth. Kevin calls at No.9 wondering why Tyrone hasn't turned up for work. When Tyrone explains that he and Molly are having a heart to heart Kevin's secretly worried sick. Molly agrees to give their marriage a second chance but makes Tyrone promise to keep the baby a secret for the time being. Rita starts a voluntary job at Emily's hospital charity shop. She annoys Emily by making disparaging remarks about the merchandise and drinking too much tea. David tries to persuade Tina that there's no way Gail could have murdered Joe but Tina remains intransigent. Tyrone's walking on air and can't resist telling Kevin his wonderful news. Covering his inner turmoil, Kevin congratulates Tyrone on Molly's pregnancy. Mary excitedly tells Norris they won the competition, a week's holiday in Bronte country.
