  • The final stage of the total renovation is to solve the access issues that even stopped trick or treaters from knocking on Jo and Richard's front door. But the practical must be married with the historical in the heritage housing zone.

  • Over the years Richard has tinkered with various garden projects. Time to wipe the slate clean and start again. Jo and Richard get more than they bargained for out of their small inner city garden but hit a wall budget wise.
