Kou Kitamura and his childhood friend, Wakaba, have always dreamed of playing professional baseball together, but Wakaba tragically died in an accident. Now, Kou has been striving to fulfill their shared dream on his own and has found himself drawn to a new female classmate, Aoba Tsukishima, who also happens to be a talented athlete. As he continues to navigate his emotions and baseball career, Kou's life becomes increasingly complicated.
