Ep 6. Curious George's Amazon Adventure / Monkey Senses"

Curious George's Amazon Adventure / Monkey Senses is the sixth episode of the ninth season of Curious George. The episode takes place in the Amazon rainforest, where George goes on an adventure to find a rare flower for the Man with the Yellow Hat.

In the first half of the episode, Curious George's Amazon Adventure, George and the Man with the Yellow Hat take a trip to the Amazon rainforest to find a rare flower that only blooms once every ten years. The Man with the Yellow Hat wants to bring the flower back to the museum where he works, and George is excited to go on an adventure in the rainforest.

The pair take a boat ride down the river, and George marvels at all the different animals they see along the way - from monkeys swinging through the trees to giant anacondas slithering in the water. When they finally arrive at the spot where the rare flower is supposed to bloom, they discover that someone has beaten them to it and taken all the flowers!

Not one to give up on a mission, George sets off to find another way to get the flower. Along the way, he meets a group of monkeys who take a liking to him and help him out. Together, they come up with a plan to get the flower back from the people who stole it.

In the second half of the episode, Monkey Senses, George learns about the amazing senses that monkeys have and how they use them to survive in the rainforest. He also discovers that he has some monkey-like senses of his own!

As he follows the group of monkeys through the rainforest, George notices that they use their sense of smell to find food, their sense of hearing to detect predators, and their sense of touch to communicate with one another. He has fun trying out some of these senses for himself, like trying to smell out some tasty fruit or feeling the rough bark of a tree.

Throughout the episode, George learns a lot about the rainforest and the amazing creatures that call it home. He also discovers that he has a lot in common with these creatures and that he can learn a lot from them if he just pays attention.
