In the first episode of Cuticle Detective Inaba, we are introduced to the eccentric and quirky detective Hiroshi Inaba. As a hybrid of a human and a wolf, Inaba possesses some unique abilities that aid him in his investigation work.

The episode begins with a counterfeit currency printing incident that takes place in a forest. The mastermind behind the operation is a goat named Don Valentino who plans to flood the market with fake bills in order to make a profit. Inaba is called in to help the police, and he sets off to the forest to solve the case.

As Inaba is investigating the scene, he encounters the sheep brothers, Yuta and Sosuke, who were also searching for the counterfeiters. Inaba is hesitant to work with them at first as he has a reputation of being a lone wolf, but he eventually agrees to team up with them.

The trio soon discovers that the counterfeiters have an accomplice who is working on the inside. Inaba deduces that the culprit is likely to be someone who knows the workings of the treasury and is familiar with how to print currency. Their suspicions lead them to Katsuhiro Koda, a goat who works at the treasury.

Meanwhile, Inaba's ex-partner, Ogino, is investigating a kidnapping case that involves Inaba's younger sister, Yuzuki. The kidnapper demands a ransom of 20 million yen, and Ogino believes that the counterfeiters may have a hand in the kidnapping.

As Inaba and his team get closer to uncovering the identity of the accomplice, they are taken by surprise when they are attacked by a group of masked individuals. In the chaos, Inaba is kidnapped and taken by the kidnapper.

The episode ends with the realization that the mastermind behind the counterfeit currency and the kidnapper are one and the same: Don Valentino. He plans to use Inaba as leverage to get the money he needs to continue his operation. The episode concludes with a cliffhanger, leaving viewers eager to find out what will happen next.

The unique characters and their abilities make for an interesting and entertaining show. The blend of humor and suspense keeps the audience engaged, and the cliffhanger at the end leaves the viewers wanting more.
