Cutthroat Kitchen Season 7 Episode 11 Evilicious: Frying First Class

In Cutthroat Kitchen season 7 episode 11 titled "Evilicious: Frying First Class," host Alton Brown challanges four chefs to navigate through a series of sabotages while attempting to cook the perfect dish.

In the first round, Alton assigns the chefs with the task of making a breakfast sandwich. However, things quickly become difficult as each contestant is given a frying pan that's a bit less than perfect. One chef finds himself working with a pan that is too hot, while another is tasked with using a pan that doesn't fit on the stove.

As the contestants start cooking, they must navigate through sabotages, such as losing all of their bacon or being forced to only use one hand while cooking.

Despite the obstacles thrown their way, the chefs manage to present a variety of breakfast sandwiches that range from traditional to unconventional. The judges have a tough decision to make, and ultimately, one chef is sent home.

In the second round, the remaining three chefs are faced with the challenge of cooking a dish using shellfish. However, they must do so while navigating the constant sabotages that Alton throws their way. One chef must wear a pair of giant lobster claws while cooking, while another is forced to make their dish entirely in a wok.

As time ticks down, the chefs present their dishes, which range from a perfectly executed lobster tail to shrimp that are overcooked. The judges ultimately decide which dish is the least impressive, and one chef is sent packing, leaving only two remaining.

For the final round, the two remaining chefs are given the task of creating a dessert that incorporates the "mystery product." With only $500 to spend on ingredients, they must also navigate the sabotages that Alton throws their way, such as having to work with an oven that is much too hot.

Despite the challenges, the chefs manage to pull off some impressive desserts, from a chocolate crème brûlée to a dish that incorporates a dehydrated mystery product.

After a long day in the kitchen, the judges deliberate and ultimately crown one chef the winner of "Evilicious: Frying First Class."
