Ep 4. Phone Home

Back at the Palmer house, Sara and Zari continue their battle against the Dominator. They realize that the only way to break the hold the Dominator has on Ray is to get him to remember a happy memory from his past. They use the Waverider's holographic technology to create a simulation of Ray's childhood home and bring him back to it. There, they succeed in getting Ray to remember a happy moment from his childhood, which breaks the Dominator's control over him.

With Ray free from the Dominator's control, the Legends regroup at the radio station to put an end to the threat. They are confronted by the government agents, who are revealed to be members of the secret organization known as the Time Bureau. The Time Bureau is tasked with protecting the timeline and sees the Legends as reckless and endangering the fabric of time.

The Legends and the Time Bureau team up to take down the Dominator and his signal. The battle is intense, with both sides suffering casualties. In the end, the Legends are victorious and able to save the timeline once again.

The episode ends with the Legends returning to the Waverider, ready for their next adventure. Sara confronts Agent Sharpe of the Time Bureau, warning her to stay out of their way or risk getting hurt. Sharpe responds by warning Sara that the Time Bureau will be keeping a closer eye on them in the future.
