Ep 1. The Virgin Gary

After the explosive events of the third season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, the fourth season kicks off with an appropriately hilarious and action-packed episode called "The Virgin Gary." To make matters worse, Neron takes an interest in Gary for reasons that are not immediately clear, and the group finds themselves in a race against time to stop Neron's nefarious plans before it's too late.

As usual, "The Virgin Gary" offers a perfect mix of high-stakes action and irreverent humor. The episode features some standout moments from the entire ensemble cast, including starring turns from Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance, and Tala Ashe as Zari Tomaz. Meanwhile, series regulars Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory and Nick Zano as Nate Heywood get to flex their comedic muscles in a series of hilarious scenes that will leave viewers in stitches.

Beyond the humor and action, however, "The Virgin Gary" also sets up some intriguing storylines for the rest of the season. The episode introduces Neron as a new big bad who seems to have a particular interest in Gary, leaving open the possibility of a deeper connection between the two characters.
