Ep 12. Lethal Vengeance

The final case is that of Susan Grund, a mother who takes matters into her own hands when her teenage daughter is sexually assaulted by a family friend. She enlists the help of her husband and two sons to abduct and torture the man responsible, eventually killing him and burying his body on their property. Grund's crime is discovered when a neighbor reports suspicious activity and she is eventually sentenced to life in prison.

Throughout the episode, interviews with experts on criminal psychology and law enforcement officials provide insight into the motivations and thought processes of these women who sought lethal vengeance. Additionally, reenactments of the crimes and archival footage enhance the storytelling and give viewers a glimpse into the chilling events that transpired.
