The next case featured is that of Ana Trujillo. Ana was a struggling artist who met Stefan Andersson, a successful professor. Ana became obsessed with him but he refused to marry her. During an argument at his apartment, Ana picked up a stiletto heel and used it to stab Stefan repeatedly, killing him.

The last case covered in 'Fortune Hunters' is that of Amy Bosley. Amy was a bank employee who discovered that her husband, Russ, was embezzling money from his clients. In order to stop him, she hatched a plan to kill him and make it look like a robbery gone wrong. She hired hitman, Joel Radovcich, who shot Russ in his own home.

Throughout the episode, interviews with law enforcement officials, forensic psychologists, and family members of the victims provide insight into the motives and methods of these women. The cases are dramatized with reenactments and crime scene footage to give viewers a sense of what happened.
