Destroy Build Destroy is a thrilling and action-packed show that is all about blowing stuff up and rebuilding something new and exciting. In this season 3 episode 5, appropriately named Extreme Demolition: Motocrossers vs. Streetballers, the two opposing teams are comprised of motocross riders and street basketball players ready to go to battle.

The episode begins with the two teams being introduced to each other, and it's obvious right from the start that there is some tension between the groups. They are given the task of destroying two cars, one for each team, and then using the wreckage to build a brand new vehicle. The catch? They only have ten minutes to do it, and they'll be using explosives!

The motocrossers go first, and they are clearly in their element as they rev up their bikes and start hurling themselves at the car with reckless abandon. They use a variety of tools and tricks to rip the car apart, with one rider using a dirt bike to plow through the doors and roof. The streetballers are up next, and they bring a completely different energy to the table. They use their basketballs to smash the car windows, and one player even manages to dunk the ball through the sunroof before it explodes.

The teams then have to quickly gather all the scrap metal and start welding their new creations together. The motocrossers opt for a buggy-style vehicle with a roll cage and huge off-road tires, while the streetballers go for a sleeker and more stylish ride with a basketball hoop on top. The builds are both impressive, and the teams are clearly proud of their work.

But the real competition comes when they take the vehicles out for a test drive. The motocrossers speed through a muddy obstacle course, popping wheelies and doing flips over jumps. The streetballers, meanwhile, show off their driving skills as they weave in and out of cones and perform tight donuts.

As the judges deliberate, it's clear that both teams have done an incredible job. But there can only be one winner, and after much discussion, the motocrossers are named victorious. However, instead of just destroying the streetballer's creation, they show some sportsmanship by smashing their own vehicle to bits as well, creating a spectacular explosion that marks the end of the episode.
