Ep 17. The Bicycle Man

Arnold and Dudley are excited to meet a man named Mr. Horton who owns a bicycle shop. Mr. Horton is friendly and lets the boys test ride some of his bikes. He offers to take them out on a bike ride later in the day. Arnold and Dudley are thrilled, but Mr. Drummond is hesitant about them going off with a stranger.

When Mr. Horton arrives to take them on the bike ride, Mr. Drummond notices that he seems a little too interested in the boys. Mr. Horton takes them to his house instead of on the bike ride. Mr. Drummond is worried and goes to find them.

When he arrives at Mr. Horton's house, he finds that the man has set up a room full of toys and treats for the boys. Mr. Drummond confronts Mr. Horton and realizes that he is a pedophile who preys on young boys. Mr. Drummond goes to the police and helps to catch Mr. Horton.

The episode deals with the difficult topic of child sexual abuse and tries to raise awareness of the issue. It also emphasizes the importance of parents and guardians being cautious and aware of who their children are interacting with. The show ends with Mr. Drummond comforting Arnold and Dudley and assuring them that they did the right thing by telling him about Mr. Horton's behavior.
